Shipping Info

All orders are shipped in dedicated 12" mailers, with track & trace code. EU orders should arrive within 2-5 working days, ROW orders depend on the destination.

Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please send pictures showing the damage, including pictures of the box with the shipping label clearly visible, and a description of the damage, within 2 days of receiving your order.
